[Windows User] Using QuickPwn to jailbreak firmware 2.1

Downloads:

• iPod Touch 2.1 Firmware (Use Thunder to Download)
• QuickPwn GUI
• iTune 8.0

Make sure your iTune is up-to-date.
Firstly, Shift + Restore(NOT UPDATE!!) your iPod to Firmware 2.1

Unzip the QuickPwn and put the firmware to the folder

Click iPod Touch

Select the firmware 2.1

 

Select Cydia and Installer 

Connet the iPod 

Then follow the instruction. It will auto detect whether your iPod is dfu mode or not. Wait few mins until your iPod restart.
